    DataCorp Traffic celebrates its inaugural year with the award of its first project in the UK, marking the formation of the company. Specializing in traffic data analysis, the primary service involves extracting data from recordings on VHS cassettes.

    2009

    • Transitioned from VHS to CD/DVD
    • First Australian Client
    The industry transitions from VHS to CD/DVD allowing increased work volumes, prompting DataCorp Traffic to expand its team with Data Analysts and QA/QC Analysts. Additionally, the company secures its first client in Australia, broadening its global presence.

    • Hard Drives and FTP Line for File Transfers
    Milestone reached as DataCorp Traffic reaches a workforce of 100 employees. Implementation of hard drives and an FTP line facilitates easier file transfers from clients, leading to increased efficiency. Network Engineers are enlisted to manage the surge in data volume.

    The use of timelapse video technology, offers clients a cost-effective solution and subsequently drives up demand for data analysis services.

    2013

    • New Clients in UAE, Qatar, and Ireland
    Expanding its global footprint, DataCorp Traffic secures new clients in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Ireland, laying the foundation for further international expansion.

    • Established Own Premises

    A significant milestone is achieved as DataCorp Traffic establishes its own premises, facilitating further growth and resulting in a workforce expansion to 200 employees.

    2015

    • Launched Traffic Data Collection Unit in India
    • Aligned with ISO QMS 9001
    DataCorp Traffic launches its own Traffic data collection unit in India, deploying in-house camera systems and Automatic Tube counters, and hiring Site Engineers. Concurrently, the company aligns with ISO standards, particularly QMS 9001, by appointing a Project Management Professional with expertise in QMS auditing. A Software Consultant adds to the list of appointments as technology takes center stage.

    2016

    • Developed Data Extraction Joystick
    • First Patent Filed
    • Expanded to US, Germany, and Oman
    Development of the joystick in the data extraction process enhances productivity and accuracy. DataCorp Traffic applies for its first patent. DataCorp Traffic expands its global presence with new client acquisitions in the United States, Germany, and Oman.

    In-house implementation of an ERP system enhances organizational efficiency. Research and Development (R&D) efforts lead to expanded service offerings in ITMS and Software Development. The company experiences continued growth, appointing professionals across various domains and acquiring clients in New Zealand, Kenya, Mauritius, Kazakhstan, with the first International data collection project taking place in Oman.

    Launching TrafficLenz UK Ltd, DataCorp Traffic transitions into a Technology company with its unique Transport Data Platform, while simultaneously expanding its clientele to the Netherlands.

    • Planning & Modelling Consultancy Established
    • Partnership with STH UK
    • 1000 Employees
    Introduction of AI technology with the VECC 1 AI Edge Computing Sensor and the establishment of a Planning & Modelling Consultancy. DataCorp Traffic forms a partnership with STH UK to grow Smartlenz and the company's workforce expands to 1000 employees.

    • First Smartlenz Sensor in London
    • 2750 Camera Project Completed
    • Expanded to Canada and Namibia
    Two significant milestones - Deployment of the first Smartlenz sensor in London marks a significant milestone and the successful completion of a 2750 camera installation project. DataCorp Traffic appoints a Principal Transport Consultant and adds Canada and Namibia to its global clientele.

    • 'Bespoke Lenz' Launched
    • Road Safety Services Added
    • New Clients in Botswana, Zimbabwe, Lesotho
    Introduction of 'Bespoke Lenz' offers clients personalized transport data platforms, while the company expands its focus to include Road Safety services.
